Hoplon's partners to helping the development and production processes of the game Taikodom.

In 2004, Hoplon and IBM settled a tech marriage giving birth then to a solution mixing Hoplon's middleware technology for MMOGs and virtual worlds called Bitverse, with the IBM's mainframe technology. This ingenious project takes into account adding the Cell processors (same as on Playstation platform) into IBM mainframes. Consequently, Bitverse-based products will be capable of hosting hundreds of thousands of players interconnected and interacting simultaneously on the same 3D environment. The partnership shares on-demand business, meaning servers expand as businesses succeeds. In this sense, customers will be distinguished by the innovation at low cost and low risk. To get a better idea, try to imagine a movie theater being adjusted immediately to the length of the ticket line - a new seat is instantly created for each ticket sold. 100% on demand, no waste.

The partnership between NVIDIA and Hoplon aims at guaranteeing what's best in graphics to developing the MMOG Taikodom. NVDIA's innovative technology leadership works with game developers to offer more entertainment to the players. Both companies started as partners late 2004.
