Rules of Conduct

Consists of a set of broad norms applied to the community in any public venue or media such as game, forum, or chat channels. Note that all these items cover particular rules applying in addition to the rules herein listed, not invalidating or freeing the former.

HARASSMENT

Every type of communication, dissemination or interaction judged either as offensive, illegal and/or not requested will be considered harassment.

Any type of text and/or image comprising the following intent will be considered harassment:

* Insulting or Promoting discrimination and/or hate against someone's national origins;

* Insulting or Promoting discrimination and/or hate against someone's sexual orientation or gender;

* Insulting or Promoting discrimination and/or hate against someone's race or ethnics;

* Insulting or Promoting discrimination and/or hate against someone's religion or creed;

 Infractions of this nature are classified as "capital"

To mention or make reference to:

* Drugs or illegal activities detailed by the Laws of Brazil;

* Products and/or services outside the context of Taikodom aiming at marketing them without authorization by Hoplon;

* Taikodom item/ account sale for "real" money;

* Pornography or explicit obscenity.

Infractions of this nature are classified as "severe"

NOMENCLATURE, IDENTIFICATION AND IMPERSONATION

Consists of violating another player's nomenclature, identification, characters and corporations - not to mention impersonating others.

Usernames or any identification making reference to:

* GMs, NPCs or Hoplon's employees;

* Ids created by Hoplon;

* Another player (not the characters);

* Trademark;

* Ethnics, races;

* Sexual Orientation;

* National origins, aiming at segregating;

* Sexual or obscene content;

* Political, criminal and terrorist groups or associations;

* Drugs or illegal activities detailed by the Laws of Brazil;

Infractions of this nature are classified as "capital"

Impersonating:

* GMs, NPCs or Hoplon's employees;

* Ids created by Hoplon;

* Another player (not the characters);

* Characters and NPCs created by Hoplon.

Infractions of this nature are classified as "capital"

Hide information or provide incomplete, misused, or false information about your identity or data account in the following circumstances:

* During creation of user account;

* During any profile update or user data;

* When requested by a GM or employee designated and authorized by Hoplon;

* Any sort of communication between the user and the game developer or its agents, including tickets, support request, bug reporting or conduct violation.

INTEGRITY AND PRIVACY POLICY OF THE COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS

Violation of privacy and integrity, or threat to the company, employees and partners.

Privacy:

* Unauthorized use and dissemination of Hoplon's confidential information and its project.

* Use and dissemination of Hoplon's employees and partners' personal information;

* Search Hoplon's employees and partners personal information;

* Defame Hoplon employees or partners.

* Trying (concerning the level of success) to communicate with Hoplon employees or partners, either from out of the community, or without authorization.

ARGUING AGAINST MODERATION AND COMPLAINTS AGAINST EMPLOYEES OR PARTNERS

Refer to argument against moderation attitudes, mediation or general denounce against employees, moderators, besides the company itself.

Arguing

* Arguing against attitudes or moderation measures through vehicles or media other than suporte@hoplon.com;

* Repeating the same argument;

* Disseminate moderation notifications or warnings.

Accusation or complaint against employees

* Accusing Hoplon employees, moderators or any other staff member through other means of communication than that of emailing to suporte@hoplon.com;

* Accusing Hoplon employees, moderators and game staff members through emailing lacking circumstantial evidences;

* Any public defamation.

Company defamation

* Accusing the company, under any pretext at any public venue or media;

* Claims or derogatory commentaries about the company, or anything concerning its projects or structures.

PIRACY AND INTELECTUAL PROPERTY

Consists of every intellectual property violation, be it company's or otherwise, as well as the distribution of non-authorized content.

Announcing, distributing or promoting:

* Illegal content or software in any circumstances;

*Software or content, or any other intellectual property item without authorization of the right holder;

* Pointing out, indicating or facilitating the access to any of the above.
