Player support has new hours of operation

Hours of operation are now from 6:00 a.m. to midnight (GMT -2)

Taikodom player support is now available every day from 6:00 a.m. to midnight (GMT -2), including Sundays and national/local holidays. These hours have been in effect since 1/21. This alteration is valid for the following services:

• In-game assistance
• IRC (official chat)
• Resolution of support requests (former ticket). The submission process of support requests has not changed
